How Amplify T is made and what is standardized in it
SKU C218IOH / 60 vegetarian capsules
What it is
A six-botanical male vitality formula built around two anchor extracts carried at the amounts used in human research, with a supporting layer of traditional botanicals. It is not a hormone. It contains no exogenous testosterone and no prohormone.
What it does
Supports the body's own healthy testosterone production, supports a healthy stress and cortisol response, supports drive and motivation, and supports male sexual wellness and training output.
Who it is for
Men over 35 who have noticed the drift in energy, drive, recovery and edge. Men training hard under real life stress. Men who want to support their own production rather than replace it.
How to take it
- Two capsules daily.
- One in the morning, one in the early evening, with food.
- Give it a full 8 to 12 weeks of consistent use.
- 60 capsules is a 30-day supply at two per day.
Most testosterone products sell the label. We formulated the capsule.
The men's category is the easiest place in the supplement industry to hide. A proprietary blend, a long ingredient list, a bottle that looks like a car part. Amplify T was built the opposite way, and the panel is the argument.
Twelve names, no numbers
- A proprietary blend that lists twelve to eighteen botanicals under one combined milligram figure, so no single dose can be checked.
- Generic bulk extract with no brand, no marker percentage, and no way to trace which material was actually used.
- Anchor ingredients present in trace amounts so the name can appear on the front panel.
- Marketing built on aggressive before-and-after promises instead of on what the capsule contains.
- Fillers, flow agents, dyes and titanium dioxide riding along with the actives.
Six names, every number printed
- No proprietary blend. Every one of the six actives is printed with its own milligram amount.
- KSM-66 Ashwagandha at 300 mg per capsule, which is the per-dose amount used in the twice-daily human research model.
- Eurycoma longifolia as Eury Gold, standardized to 28% glycosaponins and 10% eurypeptides, so the active fraction is quantified.
- We tell you which ingredients are the drivers and which are the supporting layer. That is on this page, below.
- Two other ingredients total: the vegetarian capsule and rice flour.
Four things men actually come to me about
The stress load sitting on top of everything
Cortisol and testosterone are not friends. Both KSM-66 Ashwagandha and Eurycoma longifolia have been studied for their effect on the stress hormone profile. Supporting a healthy cortisol response supports the environment your own production depends on.
Drive, mood and the will to get after it
Velvet bean is standardized to 15% L-Dopa, the direct precursor to dopamine. Dopamine is the motivation chemical. This is the ingredient that speaks to wanting to train, not just being able to.
Training output, strength and recovery
KSM-66 has been studied in resistance-trained men at 300 mg twice daily for its effect on strength, recovery and body composition alongside testosterone. That is the exact per-dose amount in this capsule.
Vitality and male sexual wellness
Eurycoma longifolia, maca, muira puama and tribulus all carry long traditional and clinical histories in male sexual wellness. Together they form the vitality layer of this formula.
What is in the bottle, next to what was actually studied
No other testosterone product will show you this, which is exactly why we are showing it to you. Here is every active in Amplify T at two capsules per day, set against the amount used in the human research on that ingredient, and an honest label for how it is functioning in this formula.
Read that chart the way I read it. KSM-66 and Eurycoma longifolia are the two ingredients carrying this formula, and both are here at the amounts human studies used. Velvet bean is at a real but supporting level. Tribulus, muira puama and maca are botanical accents at traditional-use levels, not at study levels, and I am not going to pretend otherwise on my own product page. If a company will not tell you which of its ingredients are doing the work, that is your answer about the ones that are not.
Six actives. Every dose disclosed.
Amounts below are per capsule, exactly as printed on the Supplement Facts panel. At two capsules daily, double each figure.
Withania somnifera, root extract / branded full-spectrum extract from Ixoreal Biomed
Ashwagandha is the most-studied adaptogen in the world, and KSM-66 is the most-studied form of it. In human trials, KSM-66 at 300 mg twice daily has been examined in resistance-trained men for effects on muscle strength, recovery, body composition and serum testosterone, and in stressed adults for effects on the cortisol response. That 300 mg per dose is precisely what one capsule of Amplify T delivers.
The mechanism that matters most here is indirect and it is the one men underestimate. Chronically elevated cortisol is one of the most reliable ways to work against your own androgen output. Supporting a healthy stress response supports the internal environment testosterone production depends on. This is why ashwagandha is the foundation of this formula rather than a bonus ingredient in it.
We put KSM-66 first because it is the ingredient with the deepest human evidence base at a dose we could actually deliver in a capsule. Anchoring at 300 mg per capsule means the twice-daily research model is reachable with two capsules a day rather than six.
Root extract as Eury Gold / standardized to 28% glycosaponins and 10% eurypeptides
Tongkat Ali is the ingredient men in this category are actually looking for, and it is one of the few botanicals in male health with a meta-analysis behind it on total testosterone. The quassinoid and eurypeptide fractions are the compounds credited with its phytoandrogenic activity, which is why standardization matters more here than with almost any other herb on this label.
We did not use unstandardized root powder. We used a branded extract with the glycosaponin and eurypeptide percentages stated on the panel, so the active fraction is a number rather than a hope. Standardized Eurycoma extract has also been studied for its effect on the stress hormone profile, which is why it sits alongside ashwagandha rather than competing with it.
Two bottles can both say 200 mg of Eurycoma longifolia and contain wildly different amounts of the compounds that matter. Percentages on the panel are how you tell them apart.
Mucuna pruriens, seed extract 15:1 / standardized to 15% L-Dopa
L-Dopa is the direct precursor to dopamine. Dopamine is the neurotransmitter behind drive, focus and the willingness to do hard things, and it also participates in the signaling that governs the pituitary side of male hormonal balance. This is the ingredient in the formula that addresses the part of low vitality men describe as not caring, rather than not being capable.
Honest framing: the published human work on Mucuna used gram quantities of seed powder, not a standardized 15% extract at this amount. Our 100 mg per capsule is a supporting dose that contributes roughly 15 mg of L-Dopa, chosen deliberately to sit alongside the anchors rather than to reproduce a study protocol.
L-Dopa is not an ingredient to be casual with, particularly for anyone taking medications that act on dopamine. We formulated the velvet bean level to be meaningful and conservative, and we would rather explain that than quietly max it out.
Fruit extract, 20:1 concentrate / standardized to 40% saponins
Tribulus has a long history in male vitality formulas and a mixed human literature on testosterone itself. Where the evidence is more consistent is on libido and sexual desire, and the mechanisms proposed there run through nitric oxide signaling rather than through direct androgen elevation.
At 25 mg of a 20:1, 40% saponin extract, this is a botanical accent in Amplify T, not a driver. It is on the label because it belongs in a complete male vitality complex, and the amount is printed so you can judge it for yourself.
Ptychopetalum olacoides, bark extract 4:1
Amazonian herbalists call muira puama potency wood, and it has been used for generations to support male sexual wellness and vitality. The modern human data is thinner than the traditional record, and the mechanisms are not fully mapped.
Same disclosure as above. At 25 mg of a 4:1 extract, roughly 100 mg of raw bark equivalent, this is a traditional accent within the vitality layer, not the reason the formula works.
Lepidium meyenii, tuber / standardized to 0.6% macamides and macaenes
Maca is the Peruvian root with the most consistent human literature on sexual desire and subjective well-being in men, and one of the more interesting findings about it is that those effects have generally shown up without changes in serum testosterone. It works through a different door, which is a good reason to include it in a formula whose other ingredients work through the hormonal one.
The macamide and macaene standardization identifies the bioactive fraction. At 25 mg, this is again an accent level rather than the 1.5 to 3 gram amounts used in the maca trials.

What the first 90 days usually look like
Botanicals are not injections. They work by supporting systems that move on their own schedule, and individual response varies. This is the honest arc, not a promise.
The stress layer settles first
The adaptogenic side of the formula is typically what men notice earliest. Most report it as a subtle change in how the day lands, rather than anything dramatic. Some men notice nothing at all in this window, and that is normal.
Drive and training output
This is the window where the human trials on the anchor ingredients typically began to register their effects. It is where men most often describe better motivation going into training and better recovery coming out of it.
The full picture, and the labs
Most of the meaningful research on these ingredients ran 8 to 12 weeks. If you want to know what is actually happening rather than what you feel, this is the point to run a full male hormone panel and compare it to a baseline.
I say this to every man in my practice. Before you start, get total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol and a morning cortisol drawn. Without a starting number you are guessing at your own results, and guessing is how men end up on a product for two years that never did anything for them.

From Dr. Andreas
I am 56 years old, medication-free, and I take this. That is not a marketing line, it is the reason the formula looks the way it does. When we built Amplify T, I was not designing something to sell to men. I was designing something I was going to swallow every morning for the rest of my life, and something I would be comfortable handing to a patient whose labs I had just read.
Here is my clinical opinion, plainly. Most men in their forties and fifties do not have a supplement problem. They have a sleep problem, a stress problem, a training problem and a body composition problem, and their hormones are the scoreboard rather than the game. A botanical formula supports the environment. It does not overwrite the inputs. Take this, then go fix your sleep and pick up the heavy things.
And get your labs drawn. Not because I want to sell you a test, but because a man who knows his numbers makes better decisions than a man who is going by feel. It's only halftime. Play the second half like it counts.

What I pair Amplify T with
Amplify T covers the botanical layer of male vitality. These three cover the layers around it. Each one addresses something the others do not.
DHEA 25 mg
DHEA is the upstream adrenal precursor in the androgen pathway. Amplify T supports the environment and the signaling. DHEA supplies raw material to the pathway itself. This is the pairing I use most often, and it is one I want run against labs rather than by guesswork.
View DHEA 25 mg5X Chelated Minerals
Zinc and magnesium are the two minerals most directly tied to normal testosterone production and to recovery, and they are the two hard-training men run low on first through sweat. Botanicals cannot compensate for a mineral gap underneath them.
View 5X Chelated MineralsProstate Support
For men past 45, supporting healthy prostate function belongs in the same conversation as supporting healthy testosterone. I do not treat these as separate projects, and neither should you.

How many capsules should I take, and when?
Two capsules daily. One in the morning and one in the early evening, with food. That schedule mirrors the twice-daily model used in the human research on the anchor ingredient, and it is what makes the 300 mg per capsule figure meaningful.
At two per day, a 60-capsule bottle is a 30-day supply.
Is this a steroid, a prohormone, or testosterone?
No. Amplify T contains six plant extracts and nothing else. There is no exogenous testosterone in it, no prohormone, no SARM and no synthetic androgen. It is designed to support your body's own production, not to substitute for it.
Will taking this suppress my own natural production?
Botanical support formulas do not work the way exogenous hormones do. Because you are not introducing an outside androgen, there is no exogenous signal for the feedback loop to respond to. That is the fundamental difference between supporting production and replacing it.
If you are currently on testosterone replacement therapy, that is a conversation to have with the physician managing it before adding anything, including this.
How long until I know whether it is working?
Give it 8 to 12 weeks of consistent daily use, which is the duration most of the relevant human studies ran. I will not give you a promised timeline, because individual response genuinely varies and anyone who promises you a week is selling something.
The better answer is to stop relying on feel. Get a baseline hormone panel before you start and repeat it at 90 days.
Do I need to cycle it?
The human research on the anchor ingredients ran continuously for 8 to 12 weeks rather than in cycles, so there is no evidence-based cycling protocol to point you to. My own practice is to run it consistently and reassess against labs, rather than to cycle on a calendar for its own sake.
Medications and safety: what should I know before starting?
This formula has real interaction potential and I am not going to bury it in the footer. Talk to your physician or pharmacist before starting if any of the following apply to you.
Velvet bean is standardized to L-Dopa. Do not combine it with levodopa or carbidopa-levodopa therapy, MAO inhibitors, or other dopaminergic or antipsychotic medications without physician supervision.
Ashwagandha warrants a conversation if you take thyroid medication, sedatives or benzodiazepines, immunosuppressants, or medication for blood pressure or blood sugar. It is also generally avoided in autoimmune conditions without supervision.
Eurycoma longifolia and tribulus warrant a conversation if you take blood pressure medication, blood sugar medication, or anticoagulants, or if you have a hormone-sensitive condition.
Do not use if you are under 18, pregnant, or nursing. This product is formulated for men. Discontinue and contact your physician if you experience an adverse reaction.
I compete in a tested sport. Is this cleared for that?
Amplify T does not currently carry NSF Certified for Sport or Informed Sport certification. If you compete under a governing body with a banned substance list, check the formula against your organization's list and with your compliance officer before using it. I would rather tell you that plainly than have you find out at the wrong moment.
Can I take it with the rest of my IOH regimen?
Yes. There is no ingredient overlap between Amplify T and the products in the stack section above, so nothing doubles up. Amplify T is capsules and the mineral layer is a powder, so timing is flexible. If you are taking a broader list than that, send it over and I will look at it as a whole.
Is it safe to take on an empty stomach?
It is generally tolerated well, but concentrated botanical extracts sit better with food for most men. Take it with breakfast and with dinner and you will avoid the issue entirely.
You did not lose your edge. You stopped supporting the system that produces it.
The drift is real and it is not your imagination. The energy that used to be automatic now has to be scheduled. Recovery takes days instead of hours. The drive that got you here shows up late and leaves early. Most men respond to this by accepting it, and the ones who do not usually reach for something that promises the world in a week and delivers a proprietary blend.
Amplify T is the other option. Six standardized botanicals. Every dose printed. Two anchor ingredients carried at the amounts human research actually used, and complete honesty on this page about which ingredients are doing the heavy lifting and which are not. Formulated by a physician who is 56, medication-free, and takes it every day.
The second half is not a consolation prize. It is the half you get to play on purpose. Start supporting the system that runs it.
