30-DAY MONEY-BACK RETURN POLICY

*To receive credit for the money-back guarantee, you must return the bottle, even if it is empty. Valid only once per product, per household, for one 30-day supply.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS

You can return unopened item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You will only be refunded for the cost of the product. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

OPENED PRODUCTS

You can return opened item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a 50% refund. All returned items must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You will only be refunded for the cost of the product. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

3-MONTH & 6-MONTH SUPPLY RETURNS

If you purchased more than one 30-day supply (e.g: 3-month supply of Inno Cleanse) and you want to return a portion of your order (e.g., you want to keep one item and return the remaining two), you MUST return all remaining items in their original sealed containers in order to qualify.

 

RETURN TO SENDER

Orders that are returned to our facility by the shipping carrier due to an insufficient address, incorrect address or addresses that have been vacated will not be offered reshipment.
