Total Gut SupportFormula

Thirty-plus disclosed actives in one scoop, built around a simple idea: the gut is not one thing to fix. It is a lumen, a mucus layer, a cell wall, a junction system and an immune network, and each of those layers needs something different. We built one formula that speaks to all five.

30Servings per container
1,000 mgImmulox® colostrum
1,000 mgL-glutamine
2,500 mgPrebiotic fiber blend
13Named enzyme activities
Why we built this one

Most gut products fix one layer and call it gut health.

A probiotic seeds bacteria. An enzyme blend breaks down food. A glutamine powder feeds the cells lining the tube. A fiber supplement feeds the microbes. Each of those is a real job. None of them is the whole job.

In practice I kept watching the same pattern. Someone takes a probiotic for three months, feels a little better, and stops there. Someone else takes digestive enzymes with every meal and never touches the barrier itself. The pieces get addressed one at a time, in isolation, usually in whatever order the last article they read suggested.

We formulated Total Gut Support as the opposite approach. One scoop, once a day, that puts something meaningful at every level of the digestive tract at the same time: enzymes and fiber in the lumen, mucilaginous botanicals at the mucus layer, glutamine and zinc-carnosine at the epithelial cells, colostrum peptides and quercetin at the junction system, and beta-glucans and mushroom polysaccharides at the gut-associated immune tissue.

It is the most complex formula we make. That is deliberate. The digestive tract is the most complex surface in the body, and it does not respond well to being treated as a single problem.

The difference

Two ways to build a gut formula.

The industry standard

  • One mechanism per bottle. A probiotic, or an enzyme, or a fiber, sold as if it were the whole answer.
  • Proprietary blends that list ten botanicals under one total, so you cannot tell whether the fifth one is present in a real amount or a pinch.
  • Fiber that is only fiber, with nothing standardized and nothing branded.
  • Enzymes listed by name with no activity units, which tells you nothing about how much work they can actually do.
  • Artificial sweeteners and sugar alcohols to make a large scoop palatable.

The IOH standard

  • Six functional systems in one scoop, each with its own ingredients and its own reason to be there.
  • Grouped by system on the panel, but every single ingredient carries its own milligram amount. Nothing hides inside a total.
  • Branded, standardized inputs named on the label: Immulox®, BioPerine®, ResistAid®, BGF-Immune®, Serrazimes™.
  • Every enzyme disclosed with its activity unit, which is the only number that describes real enzymatic capacity.
  • Sweetened with stevia leaf and flavored with natural vanilla and fruit flavors.
  • Where a dose sits below what the published human research used, we say so on this page rather than leave you to find out.
What one scoop is doing

Four jobs, running at once.

01

Barrier support

L-glutamine, zinc-L-carnosine, colostrum peptides and vitamin C support the cells and connective structure that make up the intestinal lining.

02

Digestive capacity

Thirteen disclosed enzyme activities help break down protein, starch, fat, dairy sugar and the plant fibers that most people struggle with.

03

Microbiome fuel

2,500 mg of prebiotic fiber, including branded larch arabinogalactan, gives beneficial bacteria the substrate they ferment into short-chain fatty acids.

04

Immune tissue support

Beta-glucan isolate, a six-mushroom blend, vitamin D3 and selenium support the immune tissue that surrounds the digestive tract.

The signature idea

The gut wall, layer by layer.

The intestinal wall is not a membrane. It is a stack. Read it from the inside out and you can see exactly why a single-mechanism supplement can only ever reach one floor of the building.

LAYER 01The lumen

The open channel where food actually sits. Nothing gets absorbed here until it is broken down, and nothing feeds your bacteria here until there is fermentable substrate present. This is where enzymes and fiber do their work.

Protease I & IIAmylaseLipaseLactaseAlpha-galactosidaseBromelainPapainPrebiotic fiber 2,500 mg
LAYER 02The mucus coat

A gel layer that sits between the contents of the tube and the cells themselves. Mucilaginous botanicals are traditional here because they are demulcent, meaning they form their own viscous coating that supports the comfort of the surface underneath.

Marshmallow rootSlippery elm barkGlucomannanOrganic fenugreekSunflower lecithin
LAYER 03The epithelium

A single layer of cells, turning over every few days, doing the actual absorbing. Enterocytes preferentially burn glutamine rather than glucose, which is why glutamine shows up in almost every serious gut formula, and why the amount matters.

L-glutamine 1,000 mgZinc-L-carnosine 100 mgVitamin C 400 mgSunflower lecithin 600 mg
LAYER 04The junctions

The protein seals between adjacent cells that decide what crosses and what does not. Junction integrity is the single most researched target in the barrier literature, and it is where colostrum-derived peptides, vitamin D and flavonoids like quercetin are studied.

Immulox® colostrum 1,000 mgQuercetin 50 mgVitamin D3 2,000 IUCurcumin 200 mg
LAYER 05The immune layer

Underneath everything sits gut-associated lymphoid tissue, the largest concentration of immune cells in the body. Beta-glucans and mushroom polysaccharides are the classic inputs studied at this layer, and larch arabinogalactan is one of the few fibers researched for both prebiotic and immune outcomes.

BGF-Immune® beta-glucan 150 mgSix-mushroom blend 300 mgResistAid® 600 mgSelenium 55 mcgCat's claw
Straight talk

Naming a layer is not the same as proving an outcome at that layer. These are the tissue targets each ingredient class is studied against, described as mechanism, not as a promise about what will happen in your body. Dietary supplements support normal structure and function. They are not treatments for a diagnosed condition.

Inside the formula

Every active, every amount.

This is a long list, so we have kept it in the same six groups the printed label uses. Every ingredient carries its own disclosed milligram or activity amount.

Barrier and cellular support

THE EPITHELIUM AND ITS JUNCTIONS
Immulox® Colostrum1,000 mg

Bovine colostrum is the first milk produced after calving, and it is unusual among food ingredients because it carries immunoglobulins, proline-rich polypeptides and growth factors rather than just macronutrients. Immulox® is a branded, standardized colostrum input rather than commodity colostrum powder, which matters because colostrum potency varies enormously with collection window and processing temperature.

In the research literature, colostrum is studied for its role in supporting intestinal barrier function and normal mucosal immune signaling.

Dose honesty

Human studies looking at bovine colostrum and intestinal permeability in athletes have generally used 20 to 60 grams per day of whole colostrum powder. This formula contains 1,000 mg of a concentrated branded colostrum. Those are not the same dose and we are not going to imply that they are. A concentrate is designed to deliver the active peptide fraction at a fraction of the powder weight, but the published permeability work was not run on this ingredient at this amount.

L-Glutamine1,000 mg

The enterocytes lining your small intestine are among the fastest-replicating cells in the body, and they preferentially use glutamine as fuel rather than glucose. Under physical stress, hard training, or restricted intake, glutamine demand rises. This is the single most commonly used ingredient for intestinal cell support and the reason it appears in a formula this broad.

Dose honesty

Clinical work on glutamine and the gut has used a wide range, and doses of 5 to 20 grams per day appear in the exercise and barrier literature. One gram in this scoop is a daily maintenance amount, not a therapeutic loading dose. If glutamine is your primary target, stack this with AceX Glutamine rather than expecting this scoop to cover it.

Zinc-L-Carnosine GI Complex100 mg

A chelated complex of zinc and the dipeptide L-carnosine, developed in Japan and used specifically for gastrointestinal support rather than as a general zinc source. The complex is more stable in the stomach than either component alone, which is the entire point of the molecule. Supports the integrity of the gastric and intestinal lining.

Note the naming. This is zinc-L-carnosine, not free L-carnosine. They behave differently and the distinction is on the label for a reason.

Sunflower Lecithin600 mg

A phospholipid source supplying phosphatidylcholine and related fatty acids. Cell membranes throughout the digestive tract are built from phospholipids, and the mucus layer itself is phospholipid-rich. Sourced from sunflower rather than soy.

Vitamin C400 mg  /  440% DV

Delivered together with organic fruit and berry polyphenols, plus organic acerola extract, which is one of the densest natural food sources of ascorbic acid. Vitamin C is a required cofactor for collagen synthesis, and collagen is the structural protein of the connective tissue beneath the intestinal lining. It also contributes to antioxidant defense and to normal immune function.

Digestive capacity

THIRTEEN DISCLOSED ENZYME ACTIVITIES
Full spectrum enzyme matrixActivity units disclosed

Enzymes cannot be honestly described in milligrams. A gram of a weak protease and a gram of a strong one do completely different amounts of work, which is why enzyme science uses activity units. Every enzyme in this formula is listed with its unit, and that is the number to compare against any other product.

Protease I & II21,000 HUT / 50 SAPUProtein breakdown across two pH environments.
Amylase3,500 DUStarch and complex carbohydrate breakdown.
Lipase500 FIPDietary fat breakdown.
Lactase1,000 ALULactose, the sugar in dairy.
Alpha-galactosidase150 GalUThe oligosaccharides in beans, lentils and cruciferous vegetables.
Glucoamylase9 AGUReleases glucose from starch fragments.
Invertase400 SUSucrose breakdown.
Acid maltase14 MaltUMaltose breakdown in an acidic environment.
Peptidase2 ApFinishes protein digestion at the peptide level.
Bromelain3,600,000 FCC PUProtein-digesting enzyme from pineapple.
Papain900,000 FCC PUProtein-digesting enzyme from green papaya.
Serrazimes™20,000 SPUA branded serrapeptase-type systemic enzyme.

Prebiotic fiber blend

2,500 MG · MICROBIOME SUBSTRATE
Glucomannan (konjac root)1,000 mg

A highly viscous soluble fiber from Amorphophallus konjac. It absorbs many times its weight in water, which is what gives it both its bulking property and its fermentable substrate value for colonic bacteria.

Take this with a full glass of water. Viscous fibers can swell and should never be taken dry or with minimal liquid.

ResistAid® Arabinogalactan600 mg

A branded larch arabinogalactan (Larix spp.) supplied as an enhanced arabinogalactan with naturally occurring polyphenols. It is one of a small number of fibers studied for both prebiotic fermentation and immune-related outcomes, which is why it sits in a formula that is trying to reach the immune layer as well as the microbiome.

Dose honesty

The published human trials on this branded arabinogalactan used 1.5 to 4.5 grams per day. This scoop delivers 600 mg. That is below the studied range, and we are disclosing it rather than borrowing the trial outcomes. It is here as one contributing fiber inside a 2,500 mg blend, not as a standalone arabinogalactan dose.

Organic prune500 mg

A whole-food fiber and polyphenol source with a long traditional association with digestive regularity.

Organic digestion-resistant fiber500 mg

Fiber that passes the small intestine intact and reaches the colon, where bacteria ferment it into short-chain fatty acids including butyrate, the preferred fuel of colonocytes.

Organic fenugreek300 mg

A mucilaginous seed used traditionally for digestive support and studied for its role in supporting healthy blood sugar already in the normal range.

Immune layer support

GUT-ASSOCIATED LYMPHOID TISSUE
BGF-Immune® 1,3 Beta-Glucan Isolate150 mg

An isolated 1,3 beta-glucan rather than a whole yeast or grain powder. Beta-glucans are among the best-characterized immune-modulating polysaccharides in the literature, recognized by specific receptors on innate immune cells. Supports normal immune function.

Six-mushroom blend300 mg

Turkey tail, reishi, maitake, cordyceps, shiitake and agaricus, supplying beta-glucans and related polysaccharides. Each of these has its own research history and each contributes a slightly different polysaccharide profile.

Dose honesty

Three hundred milligrams split across six mushrooms is a supporting amount, not a therapeutic single-mushroom dose. Most single-species mushroom research uses one to three grams of that one species. This blend is here to broaden the polysaccharide profile alongside the isolated beta-glucan, and that is the honest description of its role.

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)50 mcg / 2,000 IU  /  250% DV

Vitamin D receptors are densely expressed in intestinal tissue, and vitamin D status is tied to normal immune regulation. Two thousand IU is a standard daily maintenance amount for adults, though the right number for any individual is the one their blood level says it is.

Selenium (selenomethionine)55 mcg  /  100% DV

Exactly one hundred percent of the Daily Value, in the organic selenomethionine form. Selenium is required for glutathione peroxidase, one of the primary antioxidant enzyme systems, and for normal immune and thyroid function.

Antioxidant and signaling support

OXIDATIVE AND INFLAMMATORY BALANCE
Curcumin with BioPerine®200 mg + 10 mg

Curcumin from turmeric extract, paired with BioPerine® black pepper extract. Curcumin is poorly absorbed on its own, and piperine is the classic co-factor used to address that. Curcumin is studied for its role in supporting a healthy inflammatory response.

Dose honesty

Two things. First, most curcumin research uses 500 to 2,000 mg per day; 200 mg here is a supporting accent within a broader formula, not a curcumin dose. Second, the widely quoted bioavailability figure for piperine comes from a study that used 20 mg of piperine alongside 2 grams of curcumin. This formula uses 10 mg and 200 mg. We are not going to attach that percentage to a different dose. If curcumin is your primary target, INFLA-MEND is the formula built around it.

N-Acetyl Cysteine and reduced glutathione100 mg + 100 mg

NAC is the rate-limiting precursor for glutathione synthesis; reduced glutathione is the molecule itself. Together they support the body's primary intracellular antioxidant system, which the digestive tract draws on heavily because it is continuously exposed to everything you eat.

Quercetin50 mg

A flavonoid studied for mast cell stabilization and for its role in supporting normal histamine balance and junction integrity.

Dose honesty

Quercetin research generally uses 500 to 1,000 mg per day. Fifty milligrams is a contributing amount inside a polyphenol matrix, not a quercetin dose. Anyone targeting quercetin specifically needs a dedicated product.

Polyphenol and flavonoid group350 mg combined
Citrus bioflavonoids100 mgWork alongside vitamin C; support capillary and connective tissue integrity.
Organic amla extract100 mgIndian gooseberry, one of the classic Ayurvedic antioxidant and digestive botanicals.
Organic acerola extract100 mgWest Indian cherry; a whole-food vitamin C and polyphenol source.
Rutin50 mgA quercetin glycoside; supports vascular and connective tissue structure.

Soothing botanicals and binders

MUCOSAL COMFORT AND ELIMINATION
Organic ginger root50 mgOne of the most established botanicals for digestive comfort and normal gastric motility.
Slippery elm bark20 mgA demulcent bark that forms a viscous gel supporting mucosal comfort.
Marshmallow root20 mgMucilage-rich root, traditionally paired with slippery elm for the same purpose.
Cat's claw20 mgUncaria tomentosa, a South American bark used traditionally for immune balance.
Qing dai (indigo naturalis)50 mgA traditional Chinese botanical with a long history of use in digestive formulas.
Humic and fulvic extracts100 mgNaturally occurring organic acids with binding capacity and trace mineral content.
Straight talk

These botanicals appear at 20 to 100 mg. Those are traditional accent amounts, present to round out the mucosal and comfort side of the formula. They are not standalone herbal doses and we are not going to present them as if they were.

The short version

What it is, what it does, who it is for.

What it is

A once-daily powdered gut formula with more than thirty disclosed actives, organized into six functional groups: barrier support, enzymes, prebiotic fiber, immune polysaccharides, antioxidants and soothing botanicals. Thirty servings per container. Vanilla-flavored and sweetened with stevia leaf.

What it does

  • Supports intestinal barrier structure and function
  • Supports normal digestion and nutrient breakdown
  • Feeds beneficial gut bacteria
  • Supports normal immune function
  • Supports a healthy inflammatory response
  • Supports digestive comfort and regularity

Who it is for

  • Anyone who has been treating gut health one supplement at a time
  • Athletes and endurance trainers, who put real mechanical and thermal stress on the digestive tract
  • People rebuilding after a period of poor diet, travel or high stress
  • Anyone who wants their fiber, enzymes and barrier support in one scoop instead of five bottles

How to take it

One scoop daily, mixed in at least 8 to 12 ounces of water or another beverage. Because of the viscous fiber content, always take it with a full glass of liquid, never dry. Many people prefer it away from meals so the fiber does not blunt the appetite; if you find it easier on your stomach with food, take it with food.

Follow the Suggested Use on the printed label. Consult your physician before use.

Honest expectations

What to actually pay attention to.

We are not going to give you a timeline, because nobody can honestly promise one and the gut is the last system in the body that responds on a schedule. What we can tell you is what to watch, and in roughly what order those things tend to become noticeable.

First / adjustment

The fiber introduction

This scoop delivers 2,500 mg of prebiotic fiber, including a highly viscous one. Some people notice a change in fullness or gas as their microbiome adjusts to new substrate. That is normal for any prebiotic. If it is uncomfortable, start with half a scoop and build up.

Ongoing / digestion

Meal comfort and regularity

The enzyme and fiber side of the formula is the part most people notice first, because it acts on food that is in front of you today. Pay attention to how you feel after your largest and most difficult meals.

Longer term / structure

Barrier and immune support

The glutamine, colostrum, zinc-carnosine and beta-glucan side of the formula works on structure and immune signaling. Structural support is slow and quiet by nature. Consistency matters far more than dose here.

Taste and mixability

This is a large, fiber-dense scoop, and we want to be straight with you about that. It is flavored with natural vanilla and fruit flavors and sweetened with stevia leaf, with no sucralose, acesulfame potassium or sugar alcohols. Because of the glucomannan, it thickens as it sits. Mix it, drink it reasonably promptly, and use more water rather than less. In a shaker with 12 or more ounces it goes down easily. In four ounces it will turn into a gel.

If you want it thicker on purpose, let it sit two minutes and it becomes a very satisfying pre-meal drink. Some people use that deliberately.

What to look for

How to read any gut formula.

These are the questions worth asking of any product in this category, including ours. Here is how this one answers them.

The question The typical off-the-shelf gut product Total Gut Support
How many layers does it address? One. A probiotic, an enzyme blend, or a fiber. Six functional groups across the lumen, mucus layer, epithelium, junctions and immune tissue.
Can you see every dose? Frequently no. Botanicals and enzymes disappear into proprietary blend totals. Every ingredient carries its own milligram or activity amount on the panel.
Are the enzymes quantified in activity units? Often listed by name only, or in milligrams, which says nothing about capacity. All thirteen enzyme activities disclosed in HUT, SAPU, DU, GalU, AGU, ALU, SU, FIP, MaltU, Ap, FCC PU and SPU.
Are the key inputs branded and standardized? Usually commodity-grade, unnamed raw material. Immulox® colostrum, BioPerine®, ResistAid® arabinogalactan, BGF-Immune® beta-glucan and Serrazimes™ are named on the label.
What is it sweetened with? Sucralose, acesulfame potassium, or sugar alcohols to mask a large scoop. Stevia leaf, with natural vanilla and fruit flavors.
Does the company tell you where a dose is light? Almost never. Underdosed ingredients are listed and left alone. Four dose-honesty callouts on this page name the ingredients that sit below their studied range.
Proof, not promises

What we will stand behind in writing.

  • Every active on the label is disclosed with its own amount. Nothing is hidden inside a blend total.
  • Thirteen enzyme activities, each with its published activity unit.
  • Five branded, standardized inputs named on the panel rather than described generically.
  • No sucralose, no acesulfame potassium, no sugar alcohols, no artificial colors.
  • Where a dose is below the studied range, this page says so in plain language instead of quoting a study run at a different amount.
  • Manufactured in a US-based, GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility.
IOH Nutrition Total Gut Support Formula container
Quality and manufacturing

Where it is made and how it is controlled.

Facility

Produced in a US-based facility that is GMP-certified and FDA-registered. FDA registers manufacturing facilities; it does not approve them, and we are not going to describe it any other way.

Standardized inputs

The colostrum, black pepper extract, arabinogalactan, beta-glucan isolate and serrapeptase enzyme in this formula are branded, standardized raw materials with defined specifications, rather than commodity powders bought on price.

Full disclosure

Every active is quantified on the panel. Enzymes are quantified in activity units, which is the only meaningful measure of enzymatic work.

This photograph is a picture of my life. It is not a product claim, and no result shown or implied here is attributable to this or any supplement.

I spent years watching people chase their gut one bottle at a time. Probiotic this quarter, enzymes next quarter, glutamine the quarter after that. Meanwhile the actual problem was that nothing was being addressed at the same time as anything else.

This is the formula I reach for when I want everything covered in one place, and it is what I take on heavy training blocks, when the digestive tract takes the most abuse. I am fifty-six, medication-free, and I have raced Ironman on a gut that used to be my limiting factor. That is my experience, not a promise about yours.

Stacks

What we pair it with.

Total Gut Support is deliberately broad, which means most of what you would add to it is either a live-culture product, something it does not contain at all, or a dedicated single-ingredient dose when one target matters more than the rest.

The missing piece

Probiotic 40

This formula supplies 2,500 mg of prebiotic fiber and no live organisms. Prebiotics feed what is already there. If you also want to introduce organisms, that is a separate product, and 40 billion CFU shelf-stable is the one we built for it.

Membrane and signaling

Omega 3 TS

The one major category this formula does not touch. Long-chain omega-3 fatty acids support cell membrane composition throughout the body and a healthy inflammatory response, with no ingredient overlap here at all.

When glutamine is the target

AceX Glutamine

One gram of glutamine in this scoop is a maintenance amount. When intestinal cell fuel is your primary objective rather than one of six, add the dedicated concentrate and get to a real glutamine dose.

Watch your overlap

Because this formula is so broad, check the panel before you add anything. It already carries 100 mg NAC, 100 mg reduced glutathione, 200 mg curcumin with BioPerine®, 2,000 IU vitamin D3, 400 mg vitamin C and 55 mcg selenium, which is 100 percent of the Daily Value. If you are also running NAC 90, INFLA-MEND or a multivitamin, add up the totals first rather than assuming they stack cleanly.

I built my career on the idea that the gut is where most of it starts. This is the most complete thing we have ever put in one scoop, and it is the one I hand to someone who has been fighting the same battle in pieces for years.

Stay Strong,

Dr. Andreas

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does this replace my probiotic?

No. This formula contains prebiotic fiber, which feeds bacteria, and no live cultures, which are bacteria. They are different things and they work together. If you want organisms, take a probiotic alongside it.

It contains colostrum. Is there dairy in it?

Yes. Immulox® is a bovine colostrum ingredient, which is a milk-derived material. If you have a milk allergy, do not take this product. If you are lactose intolerant rather than milk-allergic, colostrum is generally very low in lactose, but the honest answer is to check with your physician and read the printed label before you start.

Medications and interactions: what should I know?

This is a broad formula and it has real interaction considerations. Talk to your physician or pharmacist before starting if any of the following apply to you.

Anticoagulants and antiplatelet medications. Curcumin, quercetin, bromelain, papain and serrapeptase-type enzymes have all been discussed in the literature in relation to platelet function and bleeding time. If you take warfarin, a direct oral anticoagulant, clopidogrel or daily aspirin, clear this with your prescriber first. The same applies before any scheduled surgery.

Any medication with a narrow therapeutic window. BioPerine® black pepper extract, curcumin and quercetin can all affect drug-metabolizing enzymes and transporters. This matters most for medications where small changes in blood level are clinically significant.

All oral medications, regardless of type. This formula contains 2,500 mg of prebiotic fiber including highly viscous glucomannan, and soluble fiber can slow or reduce the absorption of anything taken with it. Separate this scoop from your medications by at least two hours in either direction. That is a general rule for any fiber product and it applies here.

Immunosuppressants and autoimmune conditions. Beta-glucan, the mushroom blend and cat's claw are all immune-modulating ingredients. If you take an immunosuppressant or have an autoimmune condition, this is a conversation to have with your physician before starting.

Diabetes medication. Fenugreek and viscous soluble fiber can both influence blood sugar and the absorption of oral agents. If you are on insulin or an oral agent, monitor accordingly.

Pregnancy and nursing. Several botanicals in this formula, including fenugreek and cat's claw, are not recommended during pregnancy. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.

Why do I need to take it with so much water?

Glucomannan is one of the most viscous soluble fibers available. It absorbs many times its own weight in liquid, which is exactly why it works as a prebiotic and a bulking fiber, and exactly why it should never be taken dry or with a small amount of liquid. Use at least 8 to 12 ounces, drink it promptly, and follow it with more water.

Some of these doses look small compared to what I have read about.

Several of them are, and we say so on this page rather than hoping you do not notice. Curcumin at 200 mg, quercetin at 50 mg, the mushroom blend at 300 mg across six species, and ResistAid® at 600 mg all sit below the amounts used in the main published studies on those ingredients individually. They are in here as contributing parts of a six-system formula, not as standalone doses. If any one of them is your actual target, use a dedicated product for it. That is the honest trade a broad formula makes, and you should know about it before you buy rather than after.

Can I take it with your other gut products?

Probiotic 40 and Omega 3 TS pair cleanly with it. AceX Glutamine makes sense if glutamine is your primary target. Be more careful about running it alongside our other broad-spectrum formulas, since ingredients like NAC, curcumin, vitamin D3 and selenium appear in more than one product and the totals add up. Selenium in particular is already at 100 percent of the Daily Value in a single scoop of this.

What does it taste like?

Vanilla, with natural fruit flavor notes, sweetened with stevia leaf rather than sucralose or sugar alcohols. It is a large fiber-dense scoop, so it has body to it. Most people mix it in water; it also works in a smoothie or with unsweetened almond milk if you want it richer.

Can I take it every day, long term?

It is formulated as a daily product. The one number to keep an eye on over the long run is selenium, which is at 100 percent of the Daily Value here; if you also take a multivitamin or another selenium-containing formula, check the combined total. As with any supplement taken continuously, periodic bloodwork and a conversation with your physician are the right way to manage it.

One scoop. Every layer.

Stop fixing your gut one bottle at a time.

You have probably already tried the pieces. A probiotic that helped a little. An enzyme that helped with heavy meals. A fiber that helped with regularity. Each one working on its own floor of a five-story building, none of them talking to each other, and a shelf full of half-used containers to show for it.

Total Gut Support is the version where all of it arrives at once, in the morning, in one scoop, with every amount printed where you can see it and every light dose named out loud. That is the whole argument. No mystery blends, no borrowed research, no promises about what week you will feel something.

Take it every day. Give it the consistency the digestive tract actually requires. And stop building your gut protocol out of whatever you read about last.
