The short version
Mitochondrial Power Blend
A once-daily cellular energy foundation. Six vitamin cofactors at full daily-value strength, half the riboflavin in its activated form, paired with the amino acids and metabolic intermediates your mitochondria use to turn food into ATP. One scoop, smooth orange fruit punch, mixes clean in cold water.
What it is
A 1.88 g daily powder built around the vitamin cofactors that drive mitochondrial energy production, plus creatine, acetyl-L-carnitine, AKG, nicotinamide riboside, mixed tocopherols, and alpha-GPC.
What it does
Supplies the cofactors required for normal energy metabolism, nervous system function, and antioxidant defense — the inputs your cells cannot manufacture on their own.
Who it is for
Adults over 40 who train, travel, and carry real cognitive load, and who want a clean daily base layer rather than another stimulant.
How to take it
One scoop in 8 to 12 oz of cold water, once daily. Morning or early afternoon. No stimulants, so timing is flexible.
The difference
Most energy powders sell you a sensation. This one supplies a requirement.
- Stimulants doing the heavy lifting, so the label looks sophisticated while caffeine produces the actual feeling.
- The cheapest vitamin forms available, because activated forms cost multiples more per kilo.
- Proprietary blends that hide how little of each ingredient is actually in the scoop.
- Fifteen trending actives at trace levels so the panel reads long and impressive.
- Sucralose, acesulfame potassium, artificial dyes, and a chalky mix nobody looks forward to.
- Zero stimulants. Nothing in this formula borrows tomorrow's energy to make today feel better.
- Riboflavin delivered in both plain and activated riboflavin-5-phosphate form, so the conversion step is already done for you.
- Every active disclosed at its exact milligram amount. No blends, nothing hidden.
- Stevia and natural orange and punch flavors. No sucralose, no acesulfame potassium, no artificial colors, no added sugar.
- Straight framing about what this formula is and what it pairs with, printed on the page instead of buried.
Why it matters
Four jobs, one scoop.
Mitochondria do not fail all at once. They lose efficiency in stages — the cofactors run short, the fuel shuttles slow down, oxidative pressure builds, and the whole system quietly downshifts. This formula addresses each stage rather than betting everything on one fashionable ingredient.
Energy metabolism cofactors
Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, and biotin are not optional extras. They are the coenzymes the Krebs cycle and electron transport chain physically cannot run without. All five are delivered at or above 100% of the daily value, with riboflavin partly in its activated 5-phosphate form.
Fuel delivery and ATP turnover
Acetyl-L-carnitine at 500 mg supports the carnitine shuttle that carries long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are actually burned. Alpha-ketoglutarate contributes a Krebs cycle intermediate and participates in nitrogen handling. Creatine HCl supports the phosphocreatine system that recycles ATP.
Oxidative defense
Mitochondrial membranes sit directly beside the busiest oxidative machinery in the body. Mixed tocopherols are fat-soluble antioxidants that partition into those lipid membranes, and riboflavin supports the glutathione recycling system that handles what gets through.
NAD pathway support
Niacinamide at 20 mg NE and nicotinamide riboside chloride at 20 mg feed two separate entry points into NAD synthesis. NAD is the currency of every redox reaction in the mitochondrion and the substrate for sirtuin activity, and it declines steadily with age.
Inside the formula
Every ingredient, every dose, and why it is in there.
Here is the full panel exactly as it appears on the label, followed by the reason each ingredient earned its place. You should be able to read a supplement label and know precisely what you are getting before you buy it.

Net Wt. 56.4 g | 30 Servings
Vitamin A
1500 mcg RAE — 167% DVRetinyl acetate, the preformed and readily usable form. Vitamin A supports normal vision, immune function, and cellular differentiation. Worth noting if you also take a multivitamin or cod liver oil, since preformed vitamin A adds up across products and the established upper limit for adults is 3000 mcg RAE per day.
Thiamine (B1)
2 mg — 167% DVThe rate-limiting cofactor for pyruvate dehydrogenase, the enzyme that hands carbohydrate off to the Krebs cycle, and required for normal nerve conduction. Alcohol, high carbohydrate intake, and chronic stress all raise thiamine demand.
Riboflavin (B2)
2 mg — 154% DV, half as R5PThe precursor to FAD and FMN, the flavin carriers that move electrons through complexes I and II of the electron transport chain. It also drives glutathione reductase, which regenerates your primary intracellular antioxidant. Half is supplied as riboflavin-5-phosphate, the already-converted form.
Niacin as niacinamide (B3)
20 mg NE — 125% DVThe direct precursor to NAD and NADP. Niacinamide is used here deliberately instead of nicotinic acid because it does not produce the flush. NAD drives every redox reaction in the mitochondrion and is the substrate sirtuins consume.
Pantothenic Acid (B5)
5 mg — 100% DVThe backbone of coenzyme A, required for fatty acid oxidation, acetyl group transfer, and entry into the Krebs cycle. Without adequate CoA, fat burning slows regardless of how much fat you eat or how hard you train.
Biotin (B7)
500 mcg — 1666% DVCofactor for the carboxylase enzymes that handle gluconeogenesis, fatty acid synthesis, and branched-chain amino acid breakdown. The percentage looks dramatic only because the daily value for biotin is very small.
Creatine HCl
500 mgSupports the phosphocreatine system that rapidly regenerates ATP in muscle and brain tissue. A hydrochloride form for solubility, which is why it disappears into cold water rather than settling. This is a contributing amount inside a broader formula, and it layers cleanly on top of a dedicated creatine dose.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine
500 mgThe acetylated form of carnitine, which crosses membranes readily and supports the shuttle that carries long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria to be oxidized. 500 mg is a substantial daily amount, well within the range used in the literature.
Alpha-ketoglutarate
100 mgA Krebs cycle intermediate that also participates in nitrogen handling and ammonia buffering, which matters after hard training or under sustained stress. Included as supportive metabolic input.
Adenosine Triphosphate
30 mgIncluded as a direct nucleotide source alongside the cofactors that let your cells make their own. A supporting component of the formula rather than its centerpiece.
Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride
20 mgA well-absorbed NAD precursor that enters the salvage pathway efficiently, paired here with niacinamide so two entry points into NAD synthesis are covered. If NAD is a specific priority for you, this layers directly under a dedicated NAD protocol rather than competing with it.
Mixed Tocopherols
20 mgA full-spectrum vitamin E complex rather than isolated alpha-tocopherol. Fat-soluble antioxidants that sit inside the lipid membranes surrounding the mitochondria, which is exactly where oxidative pressure runs highest.
Alpha GPC
5 mgA highly bioavailable choline donor supporting acetylcholine synthesis, included as part of the neuromuscular side of the formula. A formulation inclusion at this amount, not the reason to buy the product.
Inulin, stevia, citric acid, natural flavors
Other ingredientsInulin is a prebiotic fiber serving as the carrier. Stevia and natural orange and punch flavors handle taste, with citric acid for brightness. No sucralose, no acesulfame potassium, no aspartame, no artificial dyes, no added sugar. If you are highly sensitive to prebiotic fibers, start with a half scoop and build up over the first week.
Smooth orange fruit punch
The best protocol is the one you actually take every morning.
Compliance is not a minor detail. It is the whole game. A formula you dread mixing gets taken four days a week, and four days a week is not a protocol. So this one was built to taste good on purpose: bright orange up front, a rounded fruit punch finish, no vitamin bitterness on the back end, and no chalk.
Dissolves clean
A 1.88 g scoop goes into 8 to 12 oz of cold water with a few seconds of stirring. No shaker ball needed, no grit at the bottom of the glass, no film on the sides.
Naturally sweetened
Stevia with natural orange and punch flavors and a touch of citric acid. Zero sucralose, zero acesulfame potassium, zero artificial colors, and no added sugar.
Easy to build a habit around
Refreshing enough to look forward to over ice, and mild enough to stir into sparkling water or a citrus electrolyte without the flavors fighting each other.
Honest expectations
What the first 90 days actually look like.
There are no stimulants in this formula, so there is no jolt on day one. That is the design, not a shortcoming. Cofactor repletion is a filling-the-tank process, and the people who notice the most are the ones who came in most depleted.
Repletion
Water-soluble B vitamins begin normalizing tissue levels. Most people report very little in these two weeks beyond bright yellow urine from the riboflavin, which is expected and harmless. Do not judge the product here.
Steadier days
This is where the common feedback shows up: fewer mid-afternoon troughs, a more even energy line across the day, and faster recovery of mental sharpness after a hard session or a long travel day.
Foundation established
Cofactor status is fully repleted and this becomes background infrastructure rather than something you notice. This is the right window to reassess and decide what else in your routine is genuinely earning its place.

How it fits your routine
Built to be the base layer, not the whole stack.
This is the foundation piece. It supplies the cofactors that make everything else you take work better, which means it is designed to be combined rather than to compete. Here is what it pairs with, and why.
Pure Creatine
Creatine is the fundamental for anyone over 40, and the researched daily amount is 3 to 5 g. Run your full creatine dose and let Mitochondrial Power Blend handle the cofactor side. The creatine recycles ATP; the B vitamins are what let your mitochondria produce it in the first place. They work on the same system from opposite ends.
Shop Pure CreatineNAD Catalyst
A natural fit. This formula feeds two entry points into NAD synthesis with niacinamide and nicotinamide riboside, and NAD Catalyst goes after that pathway directly and at full strength. Foundation underneath, targeted support on top. If NAD is a priority for you, this is the pairing to run.
Shop NAD CatalystIOH Pre-Workout
To be clear, this is not a pre-workout and it was never meant to be one. There is no caffeine and nothing designed to produce an acute lift before a session. If that is what you are after, our Peak Performance Pre-Workout is built for exactly that job and it is outstanding. The two are complementary, not interchangeable.

That order is not a marketing line, it is how I have practiced for 33 years. Get the cofactors, the sleep, the protein, and the training in place, and then add something specific when a lab result or a symptom actually justifies it. Most people run that sequence backward, spending on the exotic end of the shelf while the basic machinery underneath is short on the vitamins it needs to make energy at all.

Fix the machinery before you go looking for a shortcut.
In 33 years of practice I have watched a lot of accomplished men spend serious money on the exotic end of the shelf while the basic machinery underneath was running short on the cofactors it needs to make energy at all. The newest molecule does not matter much if the electron transport chain is short on riboflavin and the carnitine shuttle is backed up. You are turning up the volume in a body that still cannot hear it.
That is what this formula is for. It is not flashy. It contains no stimulant, and it will not give you a rush on day one. It supplies what your mitochondria physically require, in forms they can use, at amounts I am willing to print next to every ingredient. I am pro-medicine and pro-supplement, in the right order. Foundation first. Then, if something specific is still warranted, we add it deliberately.
One scoop. Every morning. Do the boring thing long enough and it stops being boring and starts being your baseline.

Questions, answered
Before you order.
Is this a pre-workout?
No, and it was never designed to be. There is no caffeine and no stimulant of any kind in this formula, so there is no acute lift 30 minutes after you drink it. This is a daily cofactor foundation that works on a two-to-six week timeline. If you want training energy before a session, our Peak Performance Pre-Workout is built specifically for that and it is excellent. Many people run both.
Can I take this with creatine?
Yes, and I would encourage it. They work on the same system from opposite ends: creatine recycles ATP, and the B vitamins in this formula are what allow your mitochondria to produce ATP in the first place. Keep taking your full 3 to 5 g of creatine daily and run this alongside it. There is no redundancy problem and no reason to choose between them.
Does it stack with NAD Catalyst?
It is one of the better pairings in the line. This formula feeds two entry points into NAD synthesis with niacinamide and nicotinamide riboside, and it also supplies the riboflavin, thiamine, and pantothenic acid that the same energy pathways depend on. NAD Catalyst then goes after that pathway directly and at full strength. Foundation underneath, targeted support on top.
Can I take this with a multivitamin?
Usually yes for the B vitamins, since they are water soluble and any excess is excreted. The one to actually check is vitamin A. This formula supplies 1500 mcg RAE of preformed vitamin A, and the adult upper limit is 3000 mcg RAE per day. If your multivitamin also contains retinyl palmitate or acetate, or you take cod liver oil, add the numbers before stacking them.
Why is my urine bright yellow?
That is riboflavin, and it is completely normal and harmless. Riboflavin is a naturally fluorescent yellow pigment, and whatever your body does not use in a given day is excreted in urine. It is a visible sign the product is being absorbed and cleared, not a sign anything is wrong.
When should I take it?
One scoop in 8 to 12 oz of cold water, once daily, morning or early afternoon. Since there are no stimulants, evening dosing will not interfere with sleep for most people. Take it with food if you tend toward a sensitive stomach, which also improves absorption of the fat-soluble vitamin A and mixed tocopherols.
Could the inulin bother my stomach?
The amount per serving is small, so most people have no issue. If you are sensitive to prebiotic fibers, start with a half scoop for the first week and build up from there. If you are actively working through a gut protocol, bring this product up at your next consultation.
Who should not take this?
Anyone under 18, and women who are pregnant or nursing, because of the preformed vitamin A content. If you take a prescription medication, have a diagnosed condition, or are being treated for anything involving the liver, review this label with your physician before starting. That is not boilerplate. Send it to them.
Energy is not a feeling you buy. It is a system you maintain.
One scoop of smooth orange fruit punch, once a day, supplying the cofactors your cells cannot manufacture on their own. No stimulants, no hidden blends, no claim we are not willing to print the milligrams beside. Foundation first — everything else gets easier from there.
